A. Nicholas Georggin, Esq.
Nick is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law for 23 years. He is a Founder and Partner of Pinnacle Dispute Resolution Services and the Founding Partner of Georggin & Georggin, a civil litigation law firm in Orange County, California.
His background and experience includes running his own law firm for over 21 years concentrating on complex litigation, class action, public entity defense, and residential/commercial construction cases. During his career, Nick has managed over 1,500 litigated matters in both the trial and appellate courts. He has been designated as
class counsel in employment class action cases, recovering more than $140 million for his clients. In addition to his broad litigation experience, Nick has handled a variety of legal matters for both public and private clients, including corporate formation and governance, governmental contracts, complex zoning and eminent domain matters.
Nick earned his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Western State University College of Law, graduating in December 1993. He was the class Salutatorian, graduating second in his law school class. Nick was an Associate Editor and Lead Articles Editor for the Western State University Law Review and a Legal Research Intern for the late Justice Henry T. Moore, Jr., of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three. He became licensed to practice law in the State of California in June of 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
Steven D. Sperling, Esq.
Mr. Sperling is a licensed attorney and has been practicing for approximately 20 years. Based upon his tenure, he has gained extensive negotiating expertise and a keen ability of engaging parties to find a meeting of the minds. During his career, Mr. Sperling has managed in excess of 1,000 litigated matters in court, arbitration, and/or mediation.
Mr. Sperling began his career at The Rodman Group, wherein he was involved with all aspects of a multi-dimensional sports and entertainment company involving a number of well- known professional athletes. His functions included highly confidential business and legal dealings between the professional athletes and their contracted professional sports teams and corporate sponsors. Thereafter, he sought to diversify his legal background and experience and joined the following law firms during his legal tenure: Edwards, Sooy & Byron; Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino; Krutcik & Georggin; and Helton Law Group. Mr. Sperling focused on complex litigation, employment wage and hour class action, residential/commercial construction defect cases, personal injury, products liability, and managed healthcare reimbursement litigation.
Mr. Sperling earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Law and Society from the University of Southern California, graduating Cum Laude in May of 1991. In 1993, he started law school at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and finished his first year in the top 35% of his class. However, the aftermath of the Northridge earthquake brought him back to California to assist his family, whereby he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, graduating in June 1996. Mr. Sperling became licensed to practice in the State of California in June of 1997. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Central District of California.

Despina Georggin, Esq.
Despina is a Partner, Chief Marketing Officer and Associate General Counsel for Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC. She is also the Chief Marketing Officer and Associate General Counsel for Partnervest Financial Group, LLC. Despina has been a licensed attorney for 20 years. She began her professional career as a journalist and television news reporter and following law school, worked with a civil litigation law firm managing a full spectrum of professional negligence, wrongful death and constitutional law matters. Following her relocation from San Diego to Orange County in 1999, Despina worked exclusively on matters involving business litigation, class actions and complex employment and construction defect matters. She has participated in hundreds of mediations during her career, and has a keen ability for resolving conflicts in an efficient and effective manner. She is an owner and managing partner of Georggin & Georggin, a full spectrum civil litigation law firm in Orange County. Despina is also a private mediator with Pinnacle Dispute Resolution Services. As part of her duties with Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC, and coupled with her experience as a journalist, Despina is responsible for the creation, distribution and management of media content for the organization and its affiliates.
Despina graduated from San Diego State University with a major in Journalism, an emphasis in Radio / Television News, and a minor in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, receiving the American Jurisprudence Award for both Trial Practice and Mediation. She became licensed to practice law in the State of California in June 1996.
John is a Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC. He is also the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Partnervest Financial Group. He drives the strategic direction and operational performance of the organization, while creating the vision and leading the company in its distribution efforts. John also oversees Elysian’s Marketing and Social Media divisions and produces Elysian’s digital content on its monthly website blog.
With over 25 years of sales distribution experience, John began his career as a National Sales Manager and Senior Vice President for The ING Group. He later became the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Investments, Mutual Funds and Variable Annuities for Transamerica Capital Management. John later joined Vertical Capital Markets Group, LLC as an Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager.
John earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marketing, and has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He maintains FINRA Series 6, 26 and 63 registrations.
Jim McInnis is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Elysian Management Consulting Services, LLC. He is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution and overall leadership of EMCS and works closely with clients to deliver industry leading insights and innovative solutions. Jim is also the Chief Executive Officer and President of RDR Sales Consulting, Inc., an organization providing strategic advisory services.

Jim rapidly ascended as a leader among his colleagues when he took a position with Merrill Lynch and created the firm’s very first Annuity Marketing Unit. A trailblazer in this area, he travelled nationwide bringing product ideas to the firm’s offices and to thousands of brokers. He later began his own Third Party Wholesale Distribution Company and was responsible for hiring and developing internal wholesalers across the nation. Paula Rezza is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC. Paula’s prior experience includes over 20 years in the financial services industry, beginning her career as a sales assistant and technical analyst at Paine Webber/UBS. In 2004, she became a wholesaler for Natixis Global Associates covering key regions in the Midwest and garnered instant success within the industry, resulting in her position as Regional Vice President. She continued her ascent with BNY Mellon/Dreyfus as Regional Vice President overseeing the entire Chicago metropolitan area.

Kevin is a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Legacy Now Lending, LLC. He oversees all aspects of Legacy’s operations, and specializes in private capital lending, non-qualified sub-prime mortgages, conventional and non-conventional reverse mortgages, hard money lending, bridge financing, non-owner occupied investment properties and emerging market mortgages.
Prior to his transition into lending, Kevin spent the first 20 years of his career as a option, commodity and managed futures broker, trainer, team leader and ultimately, running his own brokerage for a number of years.
Kevin has undergraduate degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He maintains FINRA Series 3, 6 and 63 registrations, along with Real Estate and multiple MLO licenses.
